Below you will find detailed instructions of how you can make the WAP service work best for you. The easy-to-navigate site has been specially designed to provide you with a quick and efficient tool to aid you in your search for a new position or career.

You will have to regster with Jobsite to use the WAP service.

There are two ways to access vacancy information through the WAP service:

• The first is using the Quick Search facility, which will allow you to enter a search string of your choice before returning all relevant details to your phone.

• The second method is to use the Jobs-by-Email search strings you may already have constructed on your 'My Jobsite' page. If you wish to use this option you will require a WAP ID. and password to access your account.

• Your WAP ID. can be found in the Search Now box on your 'My Jobsite' page, whilst the password remains the same as the one you use to access 'My Jobsite'.

You do not need the WAP ID. and password to access the Quick Search facility.

You may now access the Jobsite WAP site via your WAP phone.

Upon entering the site you will be presented with the following options:

Quick Search

Search thousands of new UK and European vacancies daily using Jobsite's powerful search engine. Vacancies may be searched swiftly and without the need to input either WAP ID. or password.

To use:

Select the 'Quick Search' option from the menu.

At the prompt, please enter your search string. This can be either single or multiple words. (Multiple words must be linked by the commands 'AND', 'OR', or 'NOT' depending on your requirements, e.g. telemarketing OR sales).

Phrases such as Customer Service must be contained within double quotation marks, e.g. "Customer Service". This will ensure only vacancies where the words appear next to each other will be returned.

Select 'Go' to display results.

The first page of results will display the following vacancy details:

If you select 'See More', you will be able to display the contact details. Proceed to 'Full Description' to view the complete job description.

To view the second page of results, choose the 'Next' option at the base of the page.

To navigate the pages, use the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons as necessary.

Jobs-by-Email Search

Jobsite's WAP service allows you to view the results of your pre-constructed 'My Jobsite' search strings at any time of the day or night, duplicating the service available from the main site. Why wait for your daily email when you can view the jobs right now?

To use:

Select the 'Jobs-by-Email Search' option from the main menu.

Enter your WAP ID. number (e.g.123456) and select 'Continue'.

Enter your password (******) and select 'Login'.

Your search string(s) will now appear.

Select the string you wish to search.

Select either 'All Job Matches' or 'Today's Job Matches'.

The first page of results will display the following vacancy details:

Select 'See More', to display contact details.

Proceed to 'Full Description' to view the complete job description.

To view the second page of results, choose the 'Next' option at the base of the page.

To navigate pages, use the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons as necessary.
